Viper FTP
Viper FTP (formerly known as ViaFTP) is a straightforward macOS FTP client for connecting to remote servers, browsing folders, and moving files without fuss.
Protocols and services
It supports the protocols people actually use day to day: among others, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, WebDAV, Amazon S3, cloud integrations such as Google Drive and Dropbox, plus YouTube for uploads—so you can push media from one app instead of juggling several tools.
Everyday workflow
The contextual menu puts common actions close at hand: open a file with the app you want, duplicate or rename items, pack or unpack archives, calculate folder size, peek at file lists, fold or unfold folders, track connections, and more—without digging through deep menus for each step.
From the remote menu you can connect or disconnect, issue FTP commands, upload the selection, and adjust transfer type. You can also tweak how files and folders are grouped, show or hide hidden items, choose default apps for things like CSS, and adjust notifications to suit how you work.
Apple Mail integration lets you share items through Apple’s mail client when that fits your workflow.
